Join us for Breakfast with the Birds at Beaver Creek Conservation Area!
Did you know that Beaver Creek Conservation Area is a birding hot-spot? Birdwatching is one of the most sustainable types of nature-tourism and we’d like to help you get started! For a limited time, you can join Meewasin’s resident bird expert Jamie Harder and our Experiences Coordinator Samantha Cowan for an introduction to this entertaining past time.
Start your morning with a walk on the trails with Jamie and Sam to discover the remarkable lives of the birds that make our river valley home. You will learn some birding basics to help you identify, track and truly appreciate these incredible creatures. You will also learn a bit about the work we do at Meewasin – especially for the birds!
Following the tour, join us on the deck overlooking Beaver Creek to enjoy a local coffee from Rampage Coffee Co. in a take home Meewasin mug. Your coffee will be paired with a continental breakfast box especially curated for this experience by Style & Graze.
