Meewasin’s Grazing Dinners begin with a private hike through the native prairie at Beaver Creek Conservation Area with our very own Renny Grilz. You’ll be immersed in the sights, smells and sounds of the landscape, and learn why the Saskatchewan prairie is so important.
Following the hike, you’ll be treated to a 3-course dinner prepared by Chef Scott Dicks and the team at Odla featuring Saskatchewan beef. Odla is proud to be a farm direct restaurant, which means all ingredients featured in the meal are grown or raised within 2 hours of Saskatoon!
During dessert, you’ll get a chance to get up close and personal for a live demonstration with our Shepherd Jared Epp and his sheep and stock dog team and hear about how they help us manage prairie ecosystems in the river valley.
